Job summary

DelRicht Research in Gulfport, MS seeks a Patient Coordinator who loves patient care and clinical research, to work closely with patients and clinical teams. No prior research experience required; a quick learner, confident communicator, and independent team player will thrive here.

You will help ensure welcoming visits, accurate data entry, adherence to study protocols, and support recruitment and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong communication and sound judgment with a decisive, solutions-oriented approach
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• Collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Comfort with learning clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) and conducting patient visits

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience throughout visits
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per trial protocols
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment with strong follow-through
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and visit completion
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into systems and documentation platforms
• Maintain clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and stakeholders
