Job summary

DelRicht Research in Gulfport, Mississippi, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to work closely with patients and clinical teams, delivering an excellent patient experience and ensuring efficient study execution.

You will support recruitment, screening, and enrollment, guide patients through the study journey, and perform data entry with timely documentation. Schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong communication, sound judgment, decisive, solutions-oriented in fast-moving or uncertain situations
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Must be comfortable learning clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) and conducting patient visits at our outpatient research clinic

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution
• Ensure patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently with adherence to protocols and site expectations
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with strong follow-through
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and completion of required visits
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
• Provide clear, timely communication to patients, physicians, and stakeholders
