DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care in our clinical studies. You will ensure visits align with trial protocols, recruit participants, and maintain meticulous data entry across multiple systems.

You will serve as the primary contact for sponsors and CROs, delivering outstanding customer service onsite. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA and 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a clinical, patient‑facing role.

Qualificações

• Requires a B.S./B.A. from an accredited university.
• Prefer 1–2 years of professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality patient care and a great experience in our clinical studies.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per study protocols.
• Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials.
• Ensure patients attend and complete visits across the study.
• Enter data timely and accurately into online systems.
• Be the main contact for Sponsors and CROs for trials.
• Maintain clear, constant communication with sponsors when onsite or offsite.
