Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Care Partner to support clinical participants throughout their study visits. You will blend patient-facing support with hands-on clinical tasks to help patients feel informed and comfortable.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience, and strong communication. The role is on-site in Gulfport, MS with a 40+ hour work week and base salary in a defined range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Clear communication and sound judgment, with decision-making ability.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to learn study protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• Patient-focused approach with ability to work independently and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Help patients feel at ease and provide a comfortable clinic experience.
• Guide patients through the study journey and necessary visits.
• Maintain 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations.
• Assist with screen-landing, enrollment, and retention while prioritizing safety and accuracy.
• Enter study data accurately into required systems on time.
• Communicate clearly with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
