DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Coordinator to deliver an excellent patient experience while supporting efficient study execution at our on-site Gulfport, MS clinic. You will interact with patients and clinical teams, learn clinical workflows, and help with recruitment, screening, and visits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication and decisive, solutions-oriented mindset for fast-moving situations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.
• Collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Comfort with learning clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) and conducting patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience in the clinic.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per trial protocols.
• Support recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and completion of visits.
• Enter clinical and visit data into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Provide clear, timely communication to patients, physicians, and stakeholders.
