DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Coordinator to deliver an excellent patient experience while supporting study execution in our Gulfport, MS clinic. You will interact with patients and clinical teams, ensuring visits are completed accurately and efficiently per protocols.

Experience in healthcare, customer service, or fast-paced environments is valued; prior research experience is not required. Strong communication and quick learning of clinical workflows are essential to success.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and decisive problem solving.
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
• Ability to learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• Collaborative, patient-focused mindset; comfortable with clinical skills training.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an excellent patient experience in the clinic.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per study protocols.
• Support recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and visit completion.
• Enter clinical and visit data timely into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Communicate clearly with patients, physicians, and stakeholders.
