Job summary

DelRicht Research in Gulfport, Mississippi is seeking a Patient Coordinator who thrives in a patient-first clinical setting. You will work closely with patients, clinical teams, and site staff to ensure a smooth visit experience and accurate study execution.

You will support recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits, enter data accurately, and communicate clearly with patients and physicians.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Must be comfortable learning clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) and conducting patient visits at our outpatient research clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience throughout the visit.
• Ensure patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently with protocol adherence.
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance and completion of required visits.
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Provide clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
