Under the supervision of nursing staff, you will perform front-desk and basic clinical support tasks, collect payments, and document in the EHR while maintaining a clean clinic environment. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, patient registration, and coordination of care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients in front area and assist with registration and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic space and ensure rooms are ready for patient visits.
• Provide information on registration, wait times, and payment methods while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage waiting room flow using scheduling tools and patient queues.
• Collect insurance information and payments, and log in the EHR.
• Enter vital signs and patient histories into the EHR as required.
• Assist with off-site events and prepare supplies and specimens for shipping as needed.
