Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.

Aufgaben

• Learn and understand the full front-end process to support patients.
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Process orders and schedule patients for equipment as ordered by doctors.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities when applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by AdaptHealth.
• Document calls and information according to SOPs.
• Verify insurance, determine eligibility, coverage, and deductibles.
• Obtain pre-authorizations when required by carriers.
