Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge of current products and services offered by AdaptHealth.
Answer calls and emails promptly to meet goals.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Process orders and route calls to appropriate resource.
Verify insurance eligibility and determine coverage, co-insurances and deductibles.
