Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to deliver frontline administrative support in a busy clinic. You will greet and register patients, collect demographics and insurance details, verify coverage, and coordinate medical records with providers.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure smooth patient flow and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (typing 70–100 wpm) and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical insurance concepts (co-pays, deductibles, coverage).

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with excellent customer service.
• Input patient demographics and insurance at registration.
• Verify and update insurance information at check-in.
• Coordinate medical records with providers as needed.
• Support back-office tasks and cross-train as required.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and reception area organization.
