Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in; verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule appointments and manage registrations.
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments as needed.
• Maintain clinic standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Assists patients with referrals, Healow, and patient portal as required.
