Responsibilities

• Collect and input patient demographics and financial info at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, co-pays, deductibles, and coverage.
• Answer phones with a patient-centered, courteous approach.
• Coordinate medical records and assist cross-training as needed.
• Keep reception area clean and organized; support team as needed.
• Support new employee training and stay compliant with processes.
