Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners seeks a Patient Care Associate to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, handle check-in and scheduling, and support day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and accurate records management, with potential travel to other Northeastern Eye Institute locations. Prior healthcare exposure is preferred, bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare environment preferred or willingness to train.
• Knowledge of MS Office and EMR systems is a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and by phone.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify financial records and collect patient charges.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Support front desk operations and travel to other VIP locations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage inquiries.
