Zusammenfassung

Colorado Urology seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver superb patient service and office support. You will serve as the first impression, manage schedules, collect payments, and ensure accurate intake and documentation in Practice Management and EHR systems.

You will travel to other sites within a reasonable geographic region and support Phreesia registration while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a caring, professional attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service.

Aufgaben

• Create a positive and professional first impression of the practice and show care to patients.
• Schedule appointments and assist with testing as directed by physician.
• Ensure all required patient paperwork is compiled for that day’s appointments.
• Collect co-pays and past balances at check-in and enter them into Practice Management.
• Review for completeness and accuracy, then enter demographics and clinical data into Practice Management and EHR.
• Scan the patient’s driver’s license and insurance cards into Ntierprise.
• Obtain, scan, and link referrals to the day’s appointment in Practice Management.
• Reconcile payment batches at end of day and submit to Site Manager.
• Schedule follow-up procedures and coordinate local ASC cases.
• Assist patients with Phreesia registration.
• Travel to other sites within a reasonable geographic region.
