Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of front office/receptionist experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and flexibility required.
• Strong computer skills with experience and proficiency with medical systems.
• Ability to operate general office business machines (fax, copiers, etc.).
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone and in person.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff in the front office.
• Collaborate with clinical and service staff to support direct patient services.
• Demonstrate discretion, diplomacy, and tact in patient/staff interactions.
• Support the overall efficiency of the medical office operations.
