Sun State Eye Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Sun City West and Anthem locations. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, manage emails, and help maintain a welcoming office environment while staying organized and communicative.

This role emphasizes patient care, multi-tasking, and teamwork in a friendly eye care practice.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; administrative training preferred.
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, fax machines).
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Build rapport with patients.
• Manage staff emails, memos and letters.
• Contribute to company reporting.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Update and maintain office procedures.
• Help keep the office clean and inviting.
