Qualifications

• Front desk receptionist or healthcare clinic/customer service experience.
• Experience in podiatry/orthopedics preferred.
• Medical billing and coding experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems; Athenahealth preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Proven reliable and stable work history.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must have reliable transportation; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: greet patients, check-in, schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with scheduling and maintain on-time appointment flow.
• Notify physicians when patients have arrived and coordinate care.
• Retrieve and file patient records; maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collect payments and manage office supplies; ensure confidentiality.
