Upperline Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support physicians in delivering complex health services in a clinic setting. Based in Bradenton, FL, you will handle medical front desk duties, check-in patients, and prepare them for appointments with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining accurate records in EMR, collecting payments, and coordinating with the care team.

Formación

• Experience as a front-office receptionist or in healthcare office/customer service.
• Experience in podiatric/orthopedic setting preferred.
• Medical billing/coding experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR, Athenahealth preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with every interaction.
• Stable work history in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug tests.

Responsabilidades

• Perform front desk duties: answer calls, greet patients, collect info, keep entrance tidy.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Maintain on-time schedules and notify physicians of arrivals.
• Retrieve/file patient records and update EMR as needed.
• Collect payments and manage office supplies.
• Protect patient confidentiality and support team duties.
