Lincare seeks a patient services specialist to communicate with customers by inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, resolve problems, determine ongoing product/service needs, and support compliance with physician directions.

Responsibilities include documenting calls, entering orders, updating demographic information, and educating customers about products and services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer entry skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records.
• Offering $19.13 - $23.00 per hour.
