Qualifications

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options to patients.
• Follow up with patients after visits to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and job functions.
