Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification and arranging financials for treatment.

Schedule: Mon/Wed 8am-6pm; Tue 10am-7:30pm; Thu 7:30am-2:30pm; Fri 7:30am-1pm. Requires at least one year of related experience and knowledge of dental terminology. Pay: $25–$29 per hour, with benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for our dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
