Job summary

Johnson Family Dental seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach. You will help patients feel welcome, assist with scheduling, and handle financial arrangements for treatment.

Work hours are Monday–Thursday 6:45am–3:30pm with occasional Fridays 7–12; compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour. Equal opportunity employer. Benefits include PTO and health options. This role is based at our Madison, WI office.

Qualifications

• One year related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and explain services and payment options.
• Gratitude: Show appreciation to patients and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
