Johnson Family Dental is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to enhance the patient experience through our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome and supported whether they come in for treatment or call to schedule an appointment, and you will assist them with financial arrangements for care.

This position collaborates with the dental team to ensure smooth check‑in, insurance verification, and clear communication about services and payment options.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
