Qualifications

• Greet patients and manage inquiries with professionalism.

• Maintain patient charts and collect charges and payments in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Support patient retention through follow-up, recalls, and outreach for annual visits.
• Prepare documentation in advance of visits to support efficient flow.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and accounts are up to date.
• Monitor daily patient flow and adjust schedules to minimize delays.
