Professional PT in the Northeast is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will greet patients, check in, collect copays, manage scheduling, answer calls, and update patient information while supporting administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities
