Professional PT in the Northeast is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them and guiding their visit with friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, and handling data entry. You will discuss insurance benefits and payments, collect balances, and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience in a healthcare or front-desk setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones.
