Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage scheduling to maximize testing opportunities.
• Engage with patients through outreach and follow-up.
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives with the HCP.
• Answer calls and inquiries with professional communication.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for all forms and records.
• Reconcile cash balances and assist with accounts receivable/payable.
• Keep the office clean and welcoming.
