Beltone is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator for a new hearing care clinic. You will be the first impression for patients, manage appointment flow, and support both patients and providers to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation in a welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a warm, professional experience.
• Schedule hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups.
• Answer phones and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Handle patient intake paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Support providers with patient flow and coordination.
• Make follow-up calls to undecided or inactive patients.
• Help grow referrals and community awareness.
