Beltone seeks a dedicated medical front office manager to support a busy hearing care practice in Medina, OH. This full-time position involves greeting patients, verifying insurance, scheduling, managing payments, and coordinating with clinic and home office teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will maintain patient records, handle daily tasks, and deliver excellent patient service while contributing to marketing and outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact for patients scheduling appointments.
• Screen calls and facilitate appointment information for patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct outbound retention calls.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth patient flow in the office.
• Handle payments, track revenue and complete banking deposits.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and documents.
• Respond to home office requests in a timely manner.
• Verify patient information, billing/insurance data, and maintain patient charts.
