Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors; act as primary contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage emails professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments; optimize provider schedules and manage cancellations.
• Run appointment confirmation and reminder processes to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics; enter data in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation before visits.
• Collect and record charges and payments in EMR; monitor balances.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
• Monitor daily patient flow and provider schedules; adjust as needed.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients.
