STGi is seeking a Medical Support Assistant to provide services at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role focuses on patient flow, scheduling, check-in, and data accuracy while ensuring privacy and compliance.

You will greet patients, verify eligibility, maintain records, and support coordination of visits, referrals, and follow-up activities within the VA framework. A strong front office background and proficiency with MS Office and EMR are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in typing, filing, and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and treatment of patients at the CBOC.
• Greet patients and check in, updating records as needed.
• Coordinate clinic flow and patient appointments.
• Maintain EMR documentation and electronic logs.
• Assist in patient eligibility verification and VA paperwork.
• Support in team huddles and performance improvement efforts.
