STGi seeks a Medical Support Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Sandpoint, Idaho. The role emphasizes front desk duties, patient check-in, scheduling, and coordinating care with the VA system.

You will manage patient records, reminders, and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification from AHA or MTN.
• Front office and clerical experience required.
• Experience with scheduling and patient flow in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients; update records.
• Manage patient appointment schedules and clinic flow.
• Maintain electronic logs/files and support documentation.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Assist in maintaining VISTA clinic reminder system (if applicable).
• Provide high-level customer service and protect patient privacy.
