Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by directing and communicating patient needs.
• Answer phone calls courteously, collect and document information, and route calls per office protocols.
• Provide basic office support: emails, updating spreadsheets, e-faxing, etc.
• Follow HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate via phone and email.
• Inform patients about procedures being performed.
• Work as part of a team and independently.
• Other duties as assigned.
