Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Services Specialist to support a float role across multiple Mesa-area locations, delivering patient-centered care with warmth and professionalism.

You will front-dose the front desk, take vitals, update records, and assist providers with procedures while managing scheduling, communications, referrals, verifications, and co-pays. Travel to listed locations is required.

Qualifications

• Front desk and patient services responsibilities.
• Rooming patients and updating patient information.
• Vital signs, histories, documentation in HER, and assisting providers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co-pays.
• Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
