Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Service Specialist to float across Chandler, Gilbert, and other local clinics in the Phoenix area. You will support patients and providers by welcoming patients, handling scheduling, verifications, and communications, and assisting with examinations and vaccines where needed.

Formación

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience required.
• MA certification preferred; reimbursement available for certification.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; strong interpersonal skills desired.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow-ups, and co-pays.
• Assist with insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
• Update patient information and enable clear communication between patients and providers.
• Room patients and prepare them for visits; take vitals and document in the EHR.
