Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse).
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays.
• Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
• Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers.
• Rooming patients, taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER.
• Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines.
• Performing point-of-care testing.
• Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following safety protocols.
