Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent is required.
• MA certification or willingness to obtain; we reimburse.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co-pays.
• Assist with insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
• Update patient information and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
• Room patients, take vitals, document in the EHR, and assist with procedures and vaccines.
