Benchmark Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, LLC seeks a Patient Care Coordinator - I to join our Glen Allen clinic. This entry-level role focuses on smooth daily operations, patient intake, and exceptional customer service in a busy clinical front office.

The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to support clinic growth, manage referrals, schedule visits, verify insurance, and maintain organized documentation while ensuring a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service and creating an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Manage non-clinical documentation, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor arrival rate and create a great customer experience.
