The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to support clinic growth and ensure efficient processes. You will multitask across programs, greet patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and maintain a welcoming front office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer programs.
• Strong organizational skills and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
