Job summary

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to execute efficient clinic procedures and fulfill the mission of Upstream Rehabilitation.

This full-time role requires multitasking across computer programs, handling referrals, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, and maintaining an organized front office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor deposits and insurance reporting.
