BenchMark Physical Therapy in Evansville, IN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and office operations.

As a PCC-I you will work with the Clinic Director to carry out routine front-office tasks, verify insurance, collect payments, greet patients, and create a welcoming environment while coordinating referrals and schedules to maximize daily capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
