BenchMark Physical Therapy in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth and patient intake. This role works with the Clinic Director to execute efficient front-office procedures and uphold our mission and values.

The PCC-I will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, and help maintain an organized front office. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills and are ready to learn in a fast-paced healthcare

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and manage details while meeting deadlines.
• Team member with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve the patient experience.
• Manage the clinic schedule, document routing, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Oversee deposits, caseload and insurance reporting.
