Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Erlanger, KY to support clinic growth and smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office efficiency within a team-based setting.

The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director to execute efficient clinic procedures and uphold the company mission and values, including flexibility for events and varying shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership, work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
