Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer service and welcoming clinic environment.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required trainings and complete compliance training.
