Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; monitor and influence arrival rate through creating a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently; manage documents, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
