Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate scheduling, payments, and insurance verification tasks.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support office operations across two Colorado locations.
• Assist with marketing events and patient retention initiatives.
• Open/close the office and manage reception duties.
