Training and mentorship are provided, making it suitable for both seasoned front office candidates and newcomers to healthcare.

Qualifications

• Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
