This is a patient-facing role focusing on check-in to check-out with comprehensive training provided.

You will greet patients, schedule using our software, collect co-pays, answer calls and emails, and ensure HIPAA compliance while keeping the front desk welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction.
• Keep front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed.
