Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) for our Delta clinic. You will greet patients, check in, collect payments, and help create a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.

This role offers training and mentorship, opportunities to grow into clinic operations or medical billing, and a supportive team that values patient care and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Front desk, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office) and quick learner of new software.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed.
